🚚 Carriers & flexibility
We ship using FedEx, EMS, DHL, Canada Post, UPS — clients are free to request a specific carrier at checkout. Live tracking is provided as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delivery Guarantee & Non-Delivery
Your order is protected from the moment it leaves our facility. If your order is not delivered, you are entitled to a 100% money-back refund or one free re-shipment.
📢 Non-Delivery Guarantee
If tracking shows delivery issues (lost, stuck, or "delivered" but not received), please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate and, if confirmed as non-delivery, issue a full refund or reship at no cost.
Important: Please report any delivery problems within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We partner with carriers to resolve claims quickly.
Returns & Refunds
Because our products are intended for research purposes and are often perishable or sensitive, we have a clear and fair return/refund framework. All claims must be made in accordance with the timelines below.
1. Damaged or Incorrect Products
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Our team will assist with replacement or refund based on the situation. Please include photos of the damaged packaging or incorrect items.
2. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you need to modify shipping details, contact us immediately after placing your order.
3. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be considered for issues such as missing items, damaged products, or order discrepancies. Our support team will review each case individually to ensure fair resolution. Examples include:
- Missing vial or quantity discrepancy → proportional refund.
- Product damaged but partially usable → partial compensation.
4. Change of mind / no longer needed
Due to the nature of research chemicals, we do not accept returns for "change of mind." All sales are final once shipped. However, if the order hasn't been dispatched, we can cancel it as per the cancellation policy.
5. How to initiate a refund or return request
Email Support@chemwizards.ca with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting evidence (photos, tracking screenshots). Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with a resolution. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

⏱️ Dispatch & processing
All orders are dispatched immediately after payment confirmation. Our team verifies payments within hours (for crypto and manual transfers). Once dispatched, you receive live tracking via email.
🌍 Customs & import duties
For international orders (outside Canada/USA/Europe), customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes. Chem Wizards is not liable for delays caused by customs inspections. We declare shipments as "laboratory samples" with minimal value for customs purposes, but compliance with local laws is the buyer's responsibility.
🏨 Hotel & temporary accommodation deliveries
We accept deliveries to hotels. Please provide the guest name, hotel address, and reservation number in the shipping details. It is advisable to inform the front desk that a package is expected.
📮 PO Box deliveries
PO Box addresses are accepted for standard shipping via national postal services (Canada Post, USPS, etc.). Express couriers (FedEx, DHL) may not deliver to PO Boxes — please select standard shipping or provide a physical address for express.
📞 Contact for shipping issues
If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days or if a delivery exception occurs, email us immediately. We will open an investigation with the carrier and arrange a re-ship or refund if necessary.
