Shipping Methods and Cost
We offer two shipping methods:
- Sameday Delivery: This option ensures that you receive your package on the same day. The cost for sameday delivery is $12.50.
- Standard Delivery: If you prefer a more economical option, we offer standard delivery with a delivery time of 2-3 business days. The cost for standard delivery is $8.00.
Please note that orders above $250 qualify for free sameday delivery.
Delivery Schedule
Our delivery schedule is as follows:
- Monday to Friday (00:00 - 10:15): Orders placed during this time will be delivered on the same evening between 17:30 and 22:00.
- Monday to Thursday (10:15 - 00:00): Orders placed during this time will be delivered on the next evening between 17:30 and 22:00.
- Friday (after 10:15), Saturday, and Sunday: Orders placed during this time will be delivered on Monday evening between 17:30 and 22:00.
It's important to note that your package is insured and comes with tracking. However, we do not deliver to business addresses. If you have specific instructions regarding the delivery, you can add a comment in the "Add note" section during checkout.
Shipping Carriers
We utilize reputable shipping carriers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders. Our preferred shipping carriers are Canada Post, FedEx, and UPS.

Refunds and Exchanges
If you receive an incorrect item, we are more than willing to facilitate an exchange or provide a refund. We kindly request that you provide relevant details and supporting documentation to expedite the return.
Zero Tolerance towards Scammers and Testers
At Chem Wizards, we hold a firm zero-tolerance stance towards scammers and testers. We treat chargebacks with utmost seriousness. If you wish to initiate a return or refund, please communicate with our customer support team prior to taking any chargeback actions. Failure to do so may result in serious consequences.

- Once your package leaves our warehouse, we have no direct control over its journey. However, we strive to ensure the safe and timely delivery of all orders.
- It's important to note that delivery to business addresses is not possible.
- Our shipping policy does not require a signature on delivery. If you have specific instructions regarding the delivery location, please indicate them in the "Add note" section during checkout.
